You can drop off your DNA samples at any of our drop-boxes. Samples are picked up and consolidated on a daily basis by our local courier and shipped to our Chicago location by overnight delivery via FedEx using our account. DESIGNATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT : We offer designated customer support exclusively for NIH scientists so you can follow up directly with the same person who handled your samples. All inquiries or requests receive a response within an hour by the same personnel. CUSTOMIZED ORDERING SYSTEM : Our online system is user-friendly and customized for NIH scientists. We honor any special requests from NIH scientists to facilitate ordering and invoicing. BPA VENDOR : Our BPA number is 263-00051026. It allows faster processing of NIH service contract. EASY ACCOUNTING SYSTEM : Most of our customers at NIH have established payment methods with us through individual orders, credit cards charges, or Standing Purchase Order accounts.
