Order it at acgtinc.com or 1-800-557-ACGT (2248). Once ordered, you'll receive a plastic card and a secure PIN by mail that you can use to activate your ACGT Card online. Once activated, you can use these cards in the place of a PO or Credit Card on the payment screen. You may order as many cards as you like, and may share them with your lab to consolidate and track ordering.
