ACGT, Inc. has devoted extensive time and effort to develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Program. Our dedicated Quality Assurance Unit is independent from the conduct of any and all laboratory studies performed by ACGT, Inc. Elements of the Quality Assurance Program are integrated into all aspects of ACGT, Inc. operations.

 The following are standards by which ACGT, Inc. provides:

- Strict Internal Quality systems, policies, auditing, and change   control.
- Compliance with US FDA regulations covering GLP Compliance with BL-2 (Bio-safety Laboratory   Level 2) Regulations.
- Abidance by HIPAA regulations for clinical work.
- Vendor, service provider, and equipment qualification programs.
- Electronic Record Retention and Archiving in compliance with GLP(CFR part 11).
- Training and internal certification of each employee in GLP, HIPPA and Safety.
- Vendor, service provider, and equipment qualification programs.
- Fully Implemented Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Plans.
