• Designated Customer Support : We realize the immense volume of work each of you handle and therefore as
an effort to make it easier, we offer designated customer support exclusively for
NIH scientists so you can speak to the same person who has followed-up
your
DNA samples. All inquiries or requests receive a response within an hour by the
same customer support personnel.
• Easy Accounting System : Most of department or section at NIH have already set-up a Purchasing Order
account for standing order, individual order, or credit card charges. Check with
us when you open an account with us. We can automatically provide invoice
information, standing order, or account balance (weekly or monthly) to each
scientist or accounting personnel based on your request.
• Free Sample Shipping : We provide free shipping through our DNA sample drop-boxes at four different
locations at the NIH campus. You can drop off your DNA samples at any of our
drop-boxes. Our local courier consolidates all the packages and ships them to
us to our Chicago location by overnight delivery via FedEx using our account.
